Horizontal, single-stage, end-suction chemical process pumps aligned with international standard and US petrochemical standard API 610, with universal dimensional design for good interchangeability with other API 610 pumps on the market. CHK and CHB heavy-duty chemical process pumps are engineered as high-efficiency, low-failure, long-life replacements for CZ, ZA and HJ series chemical pumps already in service.
Construction materials: cast iron, stainless steel (304/316/316L), and corrosion-resistant alloys including super duplex steel (2205/2507), Monel-400 and Hastelloy B/C for severe chemical/abrasion conditions.
Applications: chemicals, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, metallurgy and smelting, electric power, electroplating, dyes, pesticides, papermaking, food, chemical fiber, and other process industries.
Horizontal, single-stage, end-suction, top-discharge centrifugal pumps standardized to DIN EN 22858 (formerly DIN 24256; equivalent to ISO 2858 and ISO 5199) — the same dimensional standard used by leading international all-plastic centrifugal pump lines, so our pumps are dimensionally interchangeable, and our all-fluoroplastic wetted parts and spares can serve as drop-in replacements for existing international-brand installations. CPDR (open impeller) handles clean liquids and liquids with low solids content; CPRF-type handles liquids with larger solid content; both are available in close-coupled or bearing-frame configurations.
| Materials & Operating Range | |
|---|---|
| Wetted parts | Fluoroplastic alloy (F50), or lined with PE1000, F46 (PFA-equivalent), PTFE, PVDF |
| Connections | Cast-steel clad import/export for mechanical strength |
| Medium temperature | −85°C to 200°C |
| Duty | Any concentration of acids, caustic liquors and strong oxidants, long-term continuous duty |
Applications
Widely used across chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, metallurgy, smelting, power, electroplating, dye, pesticide, papermaking, food and chemical-fiber industries.
