Since 2014, Shanghai Li Gong Pump has designed and manufactured plunger sampling valves and fluorine-lined online sampling valves for more than 100 companies in China and abroad. Every sampling valve is engineered around your specific process conditions — connection size, pressure class, medium temperature and corrosivity — rather than picked off a fixed catalog. Purpose-built for industrial applications requiring precise sampling control and operator safety — typically reaction-kettle sampling under crystallizing or fouling conditions where standard ball valves jam or block. In the closed position, the piston fills the full bore and prevents any material buildup at the valve inlet; when opened, the piston retracts to allow full flow while self-cleaning the bore. A genuine dual-seal (Dual Seal) system prevents leakage, and a hard-seal option (Stellite cobalt-alloy overlay) is available for demanding or high-temperature duty.

Valve body internals are lined with PFA and sealed with a bellows for zero-leakage operation, purpose-built for online sampling of strongly corrosive acid/alkali media. Connection type (flange or thread) is designed to match your installation. This line also covers on-line sampling systems for high-purity applications — for example, PFA-lined sampling valves used in chlorosilane sampling for high-purity crystalline silicon production, solving the metal-contamination problem that standard metal sampling valves create in that process.
